From Source to Output

We are the only vinyl glove factory that makes our own DOP/DINP, an important ingredient in making vinyl glove, through our parent company, Shandong Qilu Plasticizer. Our plasticizer factory is the single largest plasticizer plant in Asia and we are one of the leading players in the production of plasticizers thus being able to control the quality of our products from start to finish. This vertical integration also allows us to control the costs of materials, ensuring that you get the best value for your money.

Six Sigma Management System

At Blue Sail, we continuously find ways to improve the quality of our glove output using the Six Sigma methodology, a set of practices designed to improve manufacturing processes and eliminate defects. We are the only glove manufacturing company in China implementing this Six Sigma methodology.

Ideal Location

We are situated in Zibo City, Shandong where the climate is dry with a good moderate temperature much suited for producing PVC gloves. Gloves cannot be produced in places with high humidity or dusty environments. Shandong is naturally protected from sandstorms which originate from Mongolia. Our easterly location frees us from dust which is often a major problem for most companies when it comes to glove manufacturing.

We are a results-oriented company with a focus on benchmarking ourselves against the best in the industry using methods and practices such as MES, 5S and 7S. We use ERP in our plant to manage our resources as effectively as possible. As a professionally managed company, we leverage our core business strategies based on the dynamic principles of Qu Shi, Ming Dao and You Shu.
