Quality First At Blue Sail
Our Quality Promise: Blue Sail aims to provide you with the best products on the market. To ensure this quality, we are improving our production processes based on international quality standards for manufacturing.
Our Quality Assurance: Blue Sail has been successful in integrating industry quality standards into production line. We are proud of our ISO9001 and ISO13485 status which shows that we have reached a technical standard that is recognized by The International Standard for Organisation (Switzerland). Our gloves for the general public, medical and culinary industries also have the stamp of approval from international quality organizations like the NSF International and the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration), which require quality auditing to be performed as part of their Quality System Regulation (QSR).

Internal Quality Control (IQC)We have in-plant standards to ensure products leaving the factory are as perfect as they can be. Our products are checked and examined thoroughly with high-precision testing equipment. Our raw materials are constantly inspected at source with the aid of statistical indices allowing us effective quality control before the manufacturing process even begins. |

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)We maintain IPQC by adhering to the guidelines in our Quality Control plan. This uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other tools to achieve the prerequisites for effective production and distribution. |

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)We stringently test each process carefully and frequently to ensure that approved standards are met for each product every time. |

Final Quality Control (FQC)We make a full inspection of the product at different stages of the exit process - packaging and loading which are documented on our labels and in our production records to ensure we meet the standards consistently. |
Quality Improvement System: These internal systems are measured and analyzed through our Quality Control Circles (QCC), thorough TPM and Lean Six Sigma methodology. All our staff are committed to ensuring continuous improvement of product quality.
